Description

Localities Montani, Pescoluse, Salve, Salento - Puglia

D'AMICO IMMOBILIARE offers for sale in Pescoluse a land with sea view of 8,000 square meters with two rural buildings of 40 and 80 square meters covered, located a few kilometers from the beach of Pescoluse and immersed in the Salento countryside. On the land it is possible to build a swimming pool of 40 square meters.

The two rural buildings present are both made with the dry stone technique, typical of these places. The first rural building is a Pajara (or Trullo), in good condition. The structure has the typical circular shape with a courtyard in front, also bordered by stone walls. Adjacent to the Pajara, there are 3 other rooms and a characteristic oven on the other which, at one time, was present in almost all rural homes. It was used to bake bread, frize, biscuits and "fry" figs. That is, toasting sun-dried figs during the summer. The favorite food of the farmers of the past, both for their sweet and tasty flavor, and for the high caloric and nutritional intake they needed to work the fields.

The second rural building is a Lamione with a barrel vault and a fireplace inside. To the side, two dry stone walls delimited what was once a space, a small courtyard in which hens or other domestic animals were kept. By renovating both the Pajara and the Lamione it is possible to obtain two small independent housing units with 2 bedrooms, 1 small kitchen, 2 bathrooms and an external pergola. The latter can be embellished with climbing plants such as bougainvillea, or table grape vine and set up with table and chairs to have an outdoor living area.

On the land there is the possibility of creating a 40 square meter swimming pool and organizing the space around it with gazebos or shade cloths, tables, sunbeds and umbrellas. A suggestive relaxation corner where you can cool off and relax lulled by the sound of cicadas and intoxicated by the scents of the Salento countryside.

The land for sale is partly bordered by the typical dry stone walls. On it there are olive trees, fig trees, prickly pear almond trees and bushes of Mediterranean scrub, always green, which fills the air with the typical scents of the Salento land. There is a connection to the electricity service.

The land for sale with the two rural buildings is located in Pescoluse, Salve

The town of Salve is about 60 kilometers from Lecce and 120 kilometers from the Salento Airport in Brindisi.

PESCOLUSE is considered among the most beautiful beaches of Salento. For several years, in fact, it has been awarded the BLUE Flag as one of the cleanest seaside resorts in Italy, for its clear and crystalline waters, and for its golden sandy beaches.  Pescoluse has also obtained the GREEN Flag which rewards it as a beach suitable for families with children. In fact, the waters are shallow and warm in the height of summer, and children can swim and have fun in complete safety.

TORRE VADO is a highly sought-after location for its tranquility and its unspoiled landscape, with its hills and countryside covered with Mediterranean scrub. Each year, it attracts those seeking tranquility and privacy, while still offering all commercial activities and services. Near Torre Vado, there are the beaches of Pescoluse, reachable on foot, after a short walk.

SANTA MARIA DI LEUCA is the extreme point of Salento, where the Adriatic and Ionian seas meet. Born in the mid-1800s, with its Arabian villas, built by local nobles, it offers a marina where you can rent a boat, or pay a visit to the hundreds of caves scattered along the Adriatic coast, or take a boat that takes you in two hours to the Greek islands of Fanò (Othoni) with its beautiful Calipso beach, as well as Corfu.
