 -  the Large sea view Villa, of 260 square meters, develops on two levels: the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, a porch leads to the Living Room with the Kitchen. The two rooms are separated by a hallway on the left, which leads to the three double Bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and a Bathroom. Outside there are two terraces, one of which is covered on the back, and one uncovered on the front of the Villa. On this terrace you can make a Pergola to have a little bit of shade. From there you can enjoy the sea view in total relax.

The external staircase situated outside, next to the living room, leads you to the first floor. The stairs end at a covered veranda, which allows the access to the entrance of the open space Living Room with Kitchenette. Beyond the Living area, there is a small Bathroom that can be extended. From the living room, a hallway leads to the two double Bedrooms and another Bathroom. A long balcony runs along the front of the villa overlooking the sea. The property can become a single villa on two levels.

The two Villas overlooking the sea are located in a very suggestive position, which is directly accessible from the highway. Immersed in the nature of the Mediterranean Maquis, the two properties are the ideal for those who want a quiet, relaxing life, and in total privacy.

The two villas overlooking the sea are located in the Natural Park Otranto - Santa Maria di Leuca 

The Regional Natural Park Costa Otranto - Santa Maria di Leuca - Bosco di Tricase is the largest of all the parks in the Salento area. It includes several coastal caves, as the most important of all, Grotta Zinzulusa, nature trails, such as the Salt Roads from Novaglie to Corsano, the Cipolliane and the Ciolo Path. Moreover, natural swimming pools and coves, pajare and dry stone walls. An important thing to know is that the forest of Tricase (Bosco di Tricase) houses the centuries-old oak Vallonea.

The two villas are located 57km far from Lecce, 100km from Salento Airport (Brindisi) and 2.5 km from the town Tricase. This is one of the most characteristic villages in Salento. The city lies on the eastern stretch of the coast of Salento. Precisely, between Serra dei Cianci and Serra del Mito.
